Dilly Vegetable Medley

I am trying out a few new recipes. This one was quick and tasty.

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons minced frest basil
2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
7 small yellow squash, cut into slices
1 lb. yukon gold potatoes, cut into cubes
5 small carrots, cut into slices

Combine first five ingredients. Add vegetables and toss.
Place in heavy duty foil, seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 20-25 min or until potatoes are tender.

Yummm, I'll have to try that. I was going to post a couple of recipes that I've tried lately.
